Croatia - Lifestyle | Tourism & People Photography

My love for Croatia began almost 30 years ago, when I first traveled the country professionally as a DJ. I instantly fell in love with the crowd and the incredible energy.

In 2002, I bought my first camera there — one of the early, slightly more advanced Canon point-and-shoot models — because I wanted to capture that very energy. It turned out to be much more challenging than I had expected. But I kept trying, and over the years my passion for photography grew stronger and deeper.

I was present when the first internationally acclaimed festivals were still in their infancy. My photographs were widely used to showcase this exciting new chapter in the international festival landscape.

Beyond the festivals, I traveled across the entire country, striving to capture every facet of its beauty — from sunsets and sports to breathtaking landscapes and beaches, as well as the people who bring Croatia to life, celebrating summer, music, and unforgettable moments.
